The modern air-conditioned 50 sqm two room designer apartment is located on the second floor in one of the few multi-apartment villas of „Shellter Resort & Spa“ and is only 200 meters away from the white Baltic Sea beach. A 30 sqm covered balcony with comfortable armchairs and sofa invites you to "Apres Beach". The view to the southwest is directed into the greenery and depending on the season also the Resko Lake flashes through the trees. The spacious living/dining area is not only equipped with two comfortable sofas (one can be converted into a bed) but also with a dining table for up to 6 people. Sufficient closet space in the hallway and sleeping area as well as the available washing machine invite to longer stays with up to 4 people. A parking space in the in-house underground garage with elevator to the residential floor allow a comfortable arrival and departure but also a dry access should the weather be bad. Both the resort and the interior of the apartment were designed and created by the multi-award winning architect Tomasz Głębowski with great emphasis on sustainability and an ecological footprint.

Electric cars can be charged at the resort's paid charging stations. A bicycle rental and a mini market are located in the immediate vicinity. The 5-star hotel belonging to the resort is still under construction and the access to the beach leads provisionally past the construction site. In 20 minutes on foot you can reach the well-known resort Dźwirzyno with its small harbor and the "shopping mile" with many restaurants and stalls for vacation needs. The aqua park in Mrzeżyno, 6 kilometers away, offers variety for young and old in good and bad weather. Numerous pubs at the fishing port invite you to stay. Well-developed bike paths lead to Kolberg (15 km) and the surrounding area. The old town is a nice destination for excursions, the five-aisled St. Mary's Cathedral, the neo-Gothic style town hall built by Schinkel and the Brunswick Palace and of course "shopping" could be on the visit program. With the ferry "Jantar" you can even make a day trip to the Swedish island of Bornholm.
