The condo unit/apartment is located in Mactan Newt Town that has access with almost of everything. It is located on the 6th floor which has a very nice view from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils. Refrigerator, washing machine are also available in this condo/apartment. Fastfood and supermarket are just around 50 meters away from the building. Guests has access of our overlooking swimming pool and gym located on the 5th floor(Closed every Monday for cleaning).
