Hello! We are Christine & Olivier from Belgium, we welcome you to our Brand New Residential/Resort !
We have been living in Panglao for 6 years and have been looking for a home that matches our requirements ever since. Privacy, comfort and high quality are our ingredients to feel at home.
We realized we would not find this in Panglao and decided to offer Panglao the possibility to rent such a place.
So if privacy, comfort, space and nature are also what you are looking for to spend your holiday, then Halamanan Residences will fulfill your dream in one of the 7 NEW private garden villas (with or without private pool) located 5 minutes from Alona center. Because of privacy and silence, outside visitors and parties are not allowed .

HOUSE RULES
- Functions & parties are NOT ALLOWED in the villas & its premises
- Pets are strictly prohibited within the resort premises
- Visitors or un-registered guest/s are NOT ALLOWED to be inside the property. The Management will not be open for visitors for any reason
- Guests CANNOT park motorbikes inside their villas
- Changing of Linens/Towels is every 3days
- The property does NOT ALLOW smoking inside the villas. designated ashtrays outside villas should be use
- Noise, screaming, running, jumping & flying of drones around the premises are NOT ALLOWED.
- Stinky food NOT ALLOWED, especially inside the villas. ( Durian, etc)
- Make sure to keep the fridge clean, for any fresh food like meat & fish, clean & put in proper containers.
- Temporary hair coloring, henna tattoos, & any other things that can stain linens, towels & other things in the villas are restricted. Any damage will be fined to guests
*Management has the right to amend the Property Rules & Regulations any time.*
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Any damage to the property or any contents therein by a guest, guest’s family or extended guests, must be reported immediately to the management.
The full cost of repair & replacement will be the personal responsibility & obligation of the paying guest. Failure to report any damage of hotel property to the management may result in additional penalties.
