A modern, minimalist, cosy Scandinavian styled fully equipped townhouse in Xevera, Mabalacat. ENTIRE HOUSE fully air-conditioned one bedroom and one bathroom within a gated community with access to a gym, large outdoor swimming pool and children’s playground. Heated shower and HIGHSPEED WiFi PURE FIBER INTERNET @ 100 Mbps.
Very well located, short drive to Angeles city & Clark International Airport.
Major supermarkets and stores within a few minutes walk.
My mother who lives nearby will be available if necessary to offer assistance and help. I will not be available personally but I can easily be contacted via booking. Com messaging app.
The house is located in Xevera Tabun- a secure, gated community that has 24 hour security guard presence at the entrance to the subdivision.
