Our apartments are situated in Aspen Tower 1 and Olympus Tower 5 Wind Residences. Note that adjacent apartments are not available and that the apartment you book may be located in either tower. The address shown on the booking confirmation relates to our onsite office address not the apartment location. The pool is not operated by us. Pool usage is subject to a fee that must be paid in advance to the property management office. The rates are 150.00/guest/day (VAT Inclusive) for regular days and Php300/guest/day (VAT inclusive). Note fees may be subject to change.
