Astra Bella Apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area on the outskirts of the city of Dumaguete. It offers a comfortable home holiday for travelers and can fit a total of 10 people. This is a single attached fully air-conditioned two-story apartment that is well gated and has its own private 1-car parking space. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals at their own convenience. For safety purposes, this apartment also provides an attached fire escape ladder that is connected to the two bedrooms upstairs, which would lead directly to the side gates of the entire property. A 500L water tank is set so that our guests will never run out of water even in the middle of the night. A small balcony is available where guests can enjoy the street views.
