Sitting 5mins from the centre of Napier CBD, on Napier Hill, with views across the Bay to Cape Kidnappers, on one of the cities loveliest streets, The Loft on Colenso. This open planned loft, above a double garage, stand-alone build has the quiet feel of being on a secluded street, but is only an easy 5-minute walk to town, shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants and the Urban Farmers Market in Clive Square every Saturday morning. 10 minute walk to the ocean, 10 minute drive to The Mission, Church Rd and Airport. The property is 1.4 km from both Bluff Hill Lookout and McLean Park. Dedicated street parking right in front of the Loft for easy access and secure entry gives you total privacy and the flexibility to come and go as you please. A basic kitchenette is provided (no cooking facilities other than a microwave) for those simple stay at home moments. The TV operates via Chromecast so you can stream your preferred programmes from your device (instructions provided). Bathroom, toilet and shower with great water pressure, are at the bottom of the studio's stairs, with fresh heated towels and toiletries supplied. Cosy in winter and light and airy in summer with a super comfy Queen-size bed, the Loft on Colenso is an absolute retreat treat for couples visiting the Hawke’s Bay.
