Sea Breeze was purpose built as a guest house in 1906 and retains its old world charm, with the added modern comforts needed to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is located on the seafront and just 2 minutes walk from Napier Bus Station, supermarkets, inner-city shopping and Visitor Information Centre. The guest wing is upstairs, with each guest being given a set of keys to come and go as they please. The three luxurious guest rooms have either an Imperial Asian, Turkish, or Indian influence. Sea Breeze is ideally located, within a few minutes walk to Napier's famous Art Deco architecture. It is close to a wide range of restaurants, bars and eateries. The Hawke's Bay coastal walkway and cycle pathways are at your doorstep. There are a number of scenic parks, wineries and activities within a 5-20 minute drive.
