NOTE - No Events, Non-Guest Gatherings, Pets or Day Visitors without written permission from Hosts (charges apply - See House Rules Manual). Pukehina Estuary Sunset Views Studio ("Whare Iti Rawa") is a Studio Bedsit with Kitchenette including a combination microwave/oven/grill. There is no stovetop available. The Studio includes an open plan living and kitchen area with queen bed, and a separate bathroom with toilet & shower. There is a concrete patio entrance with an outdoor table & chairs. This unit is only suitable for a single Guest or Couple. A Pet Fee is payable at check-in for all "pre-approved" small Pets. Pukehina Estuary Sunset Views Townhouse ("Whare Iti") is a fully equipped townhouse with full kitchen & cooking facilities. Whare Iti includes 2 bedrooms, a central bathroom with shower & toilet, and open plan living room with deck access both sides. This unit is only suitable for up to 2 Couples. A Pet Fee is payable at check-in for all pre-approved Pets. Additional accomodation is available at Pukehina Estuary Sunset Views Holiday Home ("Whare Nui") a 4 bedroom Holiday Home located on neighbouring property. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, small family holiday or get together with close friends, then you will not want to miss this property. Paddle board or kayak right off the front lawn, or cross the road for a surf or boogie board. Bring your volleyball, badminton or cricket set and take advantage of the expansive lawn.

Pukehina Beach is a small, friendly, north facing beach area on the East Coast of the Bay of Plenty. It is bordered by a long surf beach and an estuary harbour. It is one of New Zealand's unspoilt beaches, with an unbeatable, relaxed lifestyle. Pack the paddle board, kayak, fishing rod and bicycles! People choose to holiday here because of its great location and beautiful environment. There are several parks, playgrounds and reserves, and two small convenience stores. Pukehina Beach has a store for last-minute provisions and takeaways, and a cafe 'Eat Pray Love' for dine-in or takeaway meals. Te Puke is the closest town 20 minutes away, with supermarkets and other local shops.
