Enjoy a luxury escape at our newly built architectural home within walking distance to Tauranga CBD. Our home is designed to suit everyone from families, business people, couples or a getaway with friends. The house consists of four bedrooms in total. Three bedrooms, bathroom and a second lounge downstairs. Upstairs can be accessed by the internal stairs or the lift if need be. Relax upstairs in the sun drenched dinning and lounge areas. Whilst staying enjoy cooking in the entertainers dream kitchen and large scullery. The master bedroom has an ensuite, walk-in wardrobe with a makeup table. A powder room is also upstairs. Downstairs in the kids room cupboard are books and Duplo for the children to be kept entertained while staying. House sleeps 10 comfortably however we do have two spare single beds we can setup in the internal, fully lined, carpeted and warm garage to accommodate 12 people. Please see the photos for the queen bed in the second lounge and the two single bed setups.
