Located just 2 minutes from Lincoln on a 10 acre farm, this luxurious boutique accommodation, caters for couples, wedding guests, single traveller, business people who are looking for a unique experience amidst stunning surroundings. Black Bird Cottage is airy, newly built, and caters for discerning guests who appreciate accommodation of outstanding quality. Black Bird Cottage is private, luxuriously appointed and fully self-contained. Blackbird Cottage is located at the front of our beautiful rural property. It is completely separate from our main house and Willowtree Cottage, and has its entrance, driveway and off-street parking. There are three rooms in total, a kitchen/dining/living (heat pump) and a master bedroom (queen electric blanket) with an ensuite bathroom. (Heated Towel Rail) A barn door separates the kitchen/living area from the bedroom/ensuite. You enter the cottage through French doors which open out onto a deck. Black Bird Cottage is encased within a robust steel frame, 75mm insulated walls and complimented with black linea style colour steel cladding. Blackbird Cottage gives you access to the beautiful Banks Peninsula Area, Mt Hutt Ski Field and The Little River Railway Trail. The new Christchurch Adventure Park is only a 20 minute drive. Lincoln University and 5 minute drive.
