Our city pad is located within the four avenues of Christchurch Central, offering unparalleled convenience. High speed internet. Complete with full kitchen and washing machine/dryer combination machine. With one Queen bed located in the bedroom and a sofa bed located in the living room. This stunning 2-story property features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor that opens out to a sunny courtyard. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink in the sunshine while taking in the sounds of the nearby waves. The northwest-facing aspect of the courtyard is a standout feature, offering plenty of natural light and warmth. This property features a fenced-in courtyard, making it the ideal escape for families. You can relax and enjoy your vacation. In the living area there is a sofa bed to have another 1 or 2 guests - linen is additional. Accommodating up to 4 guests total. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, and oven. Basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil are also provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer combination unit is available with washing powder provided for convenience. The bedroom upstairs has a large number of wardrobes and storage areas to utilize. We're proud to be pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate them accordingly. Guests will have the entire property to use for themselves and their traveling companions.
