This completely renovated apartment was finished in August 2023 and is located at the Wilhelminastraat 114c., Egmond aan Zee. Only a five minute walk to the beautiful beach, and the cozy center of town with nice shops and all kinds of restaurants! It is a spacious apartment of approx. 70m2, suitable for 2 people. A partly separated bedroom has a large 180x200cm bed, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom including a rain shower, a unique washbasin, toilet, towel radiator & floor heating. The large living room has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV and free Wifi. There are also double patio doors that open to a private terrace! The open kitchen, with floor heating, is fully equipped with a dining area, combi oven microwave, fridge-freezer, induction stove and dishwasher. The Beach House is beautifully decorated in The Seahorse Home Décor style!
I was born in Egmond aan Zee and as a child moved with my family to Florida, where we created a successful furniture store. In 2020, my husband George, daughter Eryn and I decided to move back to the village of my birth and create The Seahorse Home Decor that incorporates my love of design and home furnishings and now a beautiful apartment as well.
Egmond aan Zee is a village on the North Sea coast in the Dutch province of North Holland and it has been a popular seaside resort since the beginning of the 20th century, when it was well known for its healthy and clear sea air. The Apartment is perfectly located with a five minutes walk from the beautiful beach, and the cozy center with nice shops and all kinds of restaurants.
