Check-in starts at 14:00.
Pressing the Reception bell at the front door will connect you with the Nova Hotel reception desk. They will welcome you and open the front door for you by remote control. Once inside, you will find a welcome envelope containing your key card. Use this key card to open the door to your apartment. You can also use it to open the front door.
The apartment is cleaned daily and the linens are changed twice a week.
Check out time is 11.00.
Please note that guests will receive a payment link by the property at least 3 days before arrival. Without payment guests cannot enter the property.
