Our completely renovated summer house "Casa Feliz" is located in beautiful Egmond aan Zee. Less than a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach, the quiet dunes and the lively center. In the center of Egmond aan Zee you will find many nice shops which are open 7 days a week and various restaurants. Alkmaar is nearby and easy to reach by car or public transport. Walking, cycling, enjoying nature, sports, sightseeing or relaxing on the beach, there is something for everyone in the area. The house has a private entrance and a garden with a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, milk frother, induction hob, kettle and toaster. Attached to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The living room has a 2/3 person sofa, a chair, a dining table for 4 people with an optional high chair, a smart TV with Netflix and an extensive channel package and fast WiFi. The first bedroom has a large double bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack. The second bedroom can only be reached through the first bedroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers and an optional camping bed for a baby. You have access to two dune cards and a parking card with which you can park for free with one car. The house is most suitable for two adults, or two adults and two children (and/or a baby) As can be seen in the photo, there is a spiral staircase in the house, which is slightly steeper than a normal staircase and therefore not ideal for people with walking difficulties.
