We warmly welcome you to experience our home =) Perfect for family, best friend and group trip! Make some memories at our unique and family-friendly place. IMPORTANT NOTE: 1. Our check in time is after 3pm and check out time is by 11am. It is strictly fixed due to our cleaning schedule arrangement. Please acknowledge this before reservation made and manage your arrival and departure time wisely. 2. For LONG STAY GUEST, you might have concern on our kitchen amenities. Please make sure you’ve read our kitchen information before deciding staying at our place. 3. A security deposit MYR 300 is required before check in by bank transfer (for locals), cash collection only applicable to foreigners. This amount is refundable upon inspection after check out. - Our place is more to a 'private home' rather than a 'hotel', we apply self check in method. - Free on site parking lots available for 2 cars - Our kitchenette equipped with simple amenities only for simple meal preparation and food heat up only.

My place is located at a new building named Tropicana Macalister 218, known for it’s central and strategic location, as well as close proximity to various amenities and places of interest. There are few shops available downstairs, ie Bubble tea shop ‘INSTEA’, Bakery shop ‘Love A Loaf’, Sushi restaurant ‘Sushi House’, Mini Mart ‘Ace Mart’. Closer to home, there is the ‘Ghee Hiang’ outlet right next door, known for its Chinese pastries and sesame oil, it is highly convenient as takeaways of these are almost a prerequisite when visiting Penang. Other spots within 5-10 minutes walking distance including Loh Kei Duck Meat Koay Teow Soup, Siam road Char Koay Teow, New Lane Hawker stalls and Loh Guan Lye Specialist Centre. Driving distance: 5-10 minutes: - 1st Avenue Mall, Prangin Mall, Komtar - UNESCO Heritage site, Mural Street art - Kimberly street Night Hawker Stalls and Penang Road Famous Teowchew Cendol - Jetty, Pengkalan Weld - Gurney plaza, Gurney Paragon Within 25 minutes: - Penang Hill - Kek Lok Si Temple - Queensbay Mall - Sungai Nibong Terminal Bus station 25-30 minutes: - Batu Ferringhi - Penang International Airport
