Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang offers free shuttle services to the UNESCO heritage city of George Town, located a 20-minute drive away (Shuttle bus service is not available until further notice). Limousine airport transfers are also provided on request. Rooms at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang have views of the sea or hills of Penang. They are spacious and decorated with wooden carvings and colourful fabrics. Private bathtubs and free internet are provided for guest’s comfort. Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang has a 7-hole golf course (is closed until further notice), an Eco Centre and Adventure Zone, and a spacious play area for children at a sister property. Guests can workout at the well-equipped gym or enjoy massages and treatments like aromatherapy at CHI, The Spa. The swimming pools and yoga pavilion are other good relaxation options. Feringgi Grill (open from Thursday to Sunday, 6 pm to 10 pm) offers European dishes with beautiful views of landscaped gardens. It also provides a great selection of wines and cigars. Guests can savour authentic local dishes at The Spice Market Café (open daily from 11 am to 10 pm) or enjoy drinks at the Pinang Restaurant and Bar . The Rasa Deli, located under the rain trees, provides take away cookies, cakes and sandwiches.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.
Rooms with breakfast inclusive rates as inclusive for children below 6 years old only. Children below 12 year old will subject to additional breakfast charges.
