预订须知
1) Tourist Tax: Effective 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt.
2) Credit Card Policy: The name on the credit card used for booking must match the name of the guest staying at the property. For third-party bookings, an authorization form, along with a copy of the cardholder's ID and credit card, is required.
3) Car Parking: On-site parking is available, subject to additional charges.
Identification & Requests: Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4) Parties: This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette), hen, stag, or similar parties.
5) Damage Deposit: A refundable cash damage deposit of MYR 100 to MYR 200 (depending on room type) is required upon arrival. The deposit will be reimbursed in full upon check-out, subject to a room inspection.
6) Front Office Hours: The front office operates on a limited schedule. Please contact the property for specific details.
7) Arrival Time: Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance. Please contact the property directly with the details provided in your confirmation.
8) Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Age Requirement: Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian.
9) COVID-19 Policy: This property does not accommodate stays for COVID-19 quarantine purposes.
10) Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are available upon request only. For bookings under co-living room arrangements, housekeeping services are not provided.

到店时需支付损毁押金：MYR 250。 该押金将以现金形式收取。 退房时此押金将返还给你。 住宿场所经检查如无任何损坏，此押金将以现金形式全额返还。
