We are a simple couple who make travel as part of our life. Nature, heritage and human living life are usually our visit points. Exploring on new travel experience in different local culture & living life of the country. We like to meet all the people from everywhere . This is a new modern condo in Tanjung Tokong near Georgetown. It's a 41-storey tower comprising corporate suites offer amazing superb sea-view and F&B loft outlet. The facilities include an infinity Olympic size pool, sky gym, yoga and sky observatory deck, dedicated secured access concierge lobby, children's play pool, children's play facilities, designer landscapes and oriental courtyard. Gurney Malls are around 2 KM parameter radius and 5 KM to most Heritage trails. 1 free reserved car park for those driving. Addition car can be park outside the building along the road or there is a auto-pay car park for visitor in the building. HOUSE RULES 1) Strictly NO SMOKING includes e-vaping inside the unit. 2) NO Durian, Mangosteen & Dragon Fruits which the odor smell can contaminate the air con system & linen fabric. 3) NO party, event function, loud noise & music during the stay. 4) NO Pets are allowed. 5) NO outside shoe and beach sands in the property 6) Strictly NO heavy/oily cooking allowed, ONLY LIGHT COOKING ALLOWED. 7) Ironing job only done on the board provided. If found any ironing mark on other area, penalty will be imposed. 8) DO not shifted any heavy furniture without the host consent. This will cause damages to the furniture, floor and wall scratches. 9) Kindly book the EXACT NUMBER of guests staying include adults, children and infants. The beds will be arranged accordingly to the number of guest booked. Any extra guests/ extra beds request will be charge RM30 (Pre-inform before 3.00pm).

The Landmark is located at Tanjung Tokong . It's about 5 mins walk distance to Gurney Plaza & Paragon. There are plenty of restaurants cafes & shops surrounding. There are convenience shop, Restaurant, cafes as well in the building. There is a supermarket also located in next building between walking distance.
