Located in Jalan Sultan Ismail, E&O Residence is just a 7-minute walk to the famous Bukit Bintang shopping area and Pavilion shopping mall. It features an outdoor swimming pool and offers spacious contemporary suites. Free WiFi access is available in its public areas. The hotel is a 10-minute drive to KLCC Shopping Mall and Avenue K Mall. Raja Chulan Monorail station is within 300 metres from the property. Ampang Point Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive, while Kuala Lumpur International Airport is about a 45-minute drive away. Offering views of the city, air-conditioned suites feature a separate living room and a dining area. Suites are furnished with a flat-screen satellite TV with international and Chinese channels, and a personal safe. The kitchenette has an oven, a microwave and an induction cooker. En suite bathrooms include a bathtub, separate shower facilities and free toiletries. E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur offers a fitness centre for guests’ usage. Luggage storage can be assisted and free public parking is available at a nearby location. Friendly staff are fluent in English, Malay and Chinese. Deposit is required upon check in. Hotel only serves "set breakfast" according to outlet menu at GLASS Tartines & Tipples or Gardenman KL. Please contact Hotel directly if there is any specific requirement for breakfast.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that for bookings of 5 rooms and above (and more than 3 nights), the hotel requires a 30% prepayment upon reservation.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Child breakfast is not included in all room and breakfast prices, child breakfast will be charged additional RM30nett per child per day if child breakfast required.
