The charming town of Akumal is nearby, offering even more to explore. While the area is walkable, having your own transportation is recommended for maximum convenience and flexibility. Transportation We highly recommend renting a car make the most of your stay. Akumal is a quaint town with limited public transportation, and taxis can be expensive. Rest assured, private parking is available at Casa Frida to keep your vehicle secure. Within the development, you’ll find convenient amenities, including a store, pharmacy, and small restaurant depending on the season. There’s also an on-site hotel where you can purchase an all-inclusive day pass for an additional cost but we do not handle that. While we are not affiliated with the hotel, we’re happy to assist in coordinating your request.
