- Located just steps from the beach and about a 15-minute drive from downtown La Paz.
- Enjoy hanging out in the private, enclosed backyard with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.
- WiFi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, driveway parking.
- Family-friendly, air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, room-darkening curtains.
- Our beautiful area sometimes has water shortages in the summer, and you might be without water for a few hours. We use recycled water to help, so please be mindful and use water wisely during your stay.
- You must be 21 or older to book.
- We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement once you confirm your booking.
- Only the guests listed in your reservation can stay with us.
- You might need to show an ID when you check in or during your stay.
- If not booking via ABB we will ask for a temporary security deposit, released after your check-out.
- The home has stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity isn’t included.
- No smoking inside, and no drugs or illegal stuff — breaking this will cost a 300usd fine.
- Please no parties or loud noise after 10 pm, so we keep the neighborhood peaceful.
- Need extra cleaning? Just ask — it’s available for a small fee.
- You’re responsible for any damages during your stay.
- No pets allowed, sorry.
- Gas isn’t included for the BBQ. Feel free to use any gas left in the tank. If not the grill can also be used with charcoal (not provided).
- There are exterior surveillance cameras at the property facing common areas and public spaces only. They are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety.
- Electricity cuts are not common but might occur during your stay, these are temporary outages beyond our control.
- We don't provide any streaming credentials; you can use your own.

Located in a very calm area called El Centenario, offering beautiful beachfront views. Just a short 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecón. There you’ll find restaurants, shops and the ocean. Recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro, and our recommended restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO.

The property is approximately 10 km | 6 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 199 km | 124 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). If you are arriving by car, there’s parking in the driveway.
For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation.
