Charming private room, kitchen, entrance, and garden, direct access to the garden, which is enclosed and totally private.
Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to the beach and grocery store, a few minutes walk. We have two dogs that are super friendly, a cat and a turtle who walk in the garden.

Very quiet neighborhood. The beach is 10 minutes walking distance, there are 4-5 different restaurants 2-3 walking distance. Food lover's (a super market) is 2 minutes walking distance.
