Our villa is a true peaceful haven 🏡✨, located in a quiet neighborhood in Pointe aux Piments, just off the coastal road 🚗, in the north of Mauritius 🌴🌊.
Just 2 minutes by car from the beautiful Pointe aux Piments beach 🏖️, 7 minutes from the stunning Balaclava beach 🌅, 10 minutes from the magnificent Trou aux Biches beach (where we live) ❤️, and less than 15 minutes from the famous Mont Choisy beach ⛱️ — you'll have plenty of options to enjoy the sun, sand, and turquoise sea 🌺
The villa is brand new 🆕, spacious (150 m²) 📏, secure 🔐, and features a gorgeous private pool 🏊♀️ for total relaxation ✨.
It’s fully equipped 🧳, air-conditioned 🥶, and includes 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite with their own balconies 🌅 — you’ll feel right at home 🥰!

You will be at 2 minutes by car from the beautiful beach of Pointe aux Piments and about 7 minutes from the magnificent beach of Balaclava. You will also have 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Trou aux Biches and less than 15 minutes from the immense and unmissable beach of Mont Choisy and also the Pamplemousses garden and La route du sucre museum.
You will benefit from a shop 2 minutes away on foot for a little recharge then a mini-market 3 minutes away by car as well as the large supermarkets Beau Plan and La Croisette about 15 minutes away.
