Villa Belvedere is set 2 km from Spinola Bay in St Julian's and 2.4 km from Balluta Bay. This villa features a year-round private outdoor pool. This villa boasts views of the sea. The villa is equipped with an open kitchen, refrigerator, oven, and other essential cooking items. Spacious living area with a flat-screen TV. Rooms have air conditioning and work as pay-per-meter system. There is outdoor seating and BBQ area as well. The nearest airport is Malta International Airport, 8 km from Villa belvedere. Our outdoor pool is not heated. The water temperature typically follows the standard 27°C guideline set by the Malta Tourism Authority, but as it is an outdoor pool, the temperature may vary depending on weather conditions and seasonal changes.

‣ Air conditioning and wifi are not included in the reservation price.

‣ Air conditioning is by pay-per-meter use. Guests can buy the load or credit via the link provided in the notice board of instructions on how to buy the credit.

‣ Wifi is 5€ per day and paid cash on arrival.

‣ A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required up to 12 pax. This will be collected by credit card. Reimbursed within 2 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

• Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. (A copy of an ID will not be accepted).

• Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

• Guests are requested to inform the property at least 24h prior to their expected arrival time.

• This property does not accommodate parties or wedding groups.

• WiFi is available for an additional charge of €5.00 per day.

For bookings of 28 nights or more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wi-Fi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons, adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival.
