Property information

Welcome to our modern, highly finished and spacious (125 sqm) three bedroom apartment with a front balcony. This bright apartment consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area leading to a front balcony, main double bedroom with en-suite shower room, second bedroom with two single beds, third bedroom with two single beds, main bathroom with a bathtub and a back balcony. There is also a sofa-bed in the living area. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster, dishwasher, utensils etc. What we provide upon arrival in our welcome/starter pack: * bed linen (flat/top sheet during summer and duvets in winter) * 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel per person (we do not provide beach towels, so please bring your own :) ) * hand soap (we do not provide shower gel or shampoo, so please bring your own :) ) * dishwasher tablets * washing up liquid * washing powder (or detergent / laundry pods) and softener * sugar, tea and coffee * bottled water * toilet paper * kitchen towels Early check-in / Late check-out: * both are available for a 50% of a daily rate, but are subject to availbility (i.e. no guests checking-in or checking-out on a requested day) - please ask for further details CHECK-IN is available from 3:00PM (15:00) - If we cannot meet you personally we will provide instructions for a self check-in. Unfortunately we cannot provide any secure luggage storage before the check-in (there are 2-3 luggage storage places in Valletta and one at the airport) CHECK-OUT is available till 10AM - Unfortunately we cannot provide any secure luggage storage after the check-out. NO SMOKING Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside of the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony (ashtray is provided), Please do not throw any cigarette butts on the street QUIET HOURS We ask you to be respectful of our neighbours and keep any excessive noises to a minimum between 11pm (23:00) and 8am

Neighbourhood information

Mellieha has been designated a European Destination of Excellence (EDEN). Malta's largest sandy beach (Ghadira Bay) is only a short bus ride away (around 2km). There is also a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes to choose from Mellieha has good transport links with the rest of the island (Ghadira Bay, Gozo Ferry Terminal, Valletta).
