A renovated first floor studio apartment in an ideal location in Sliema within walking distance of popular beaches such as Balluta Bay, Exiles Bay, Qui-Si-Sana beach and Fond Ghadir beach. This studio is only 5 minutes walk from Sliema promenade with plenty of good restaurants in the area.
It consists of an outdoor terrace, a fully equipped kitchen including electric oven, hob and kettle, washing machine, flat screen TV, Wifi, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Accomadation also consists of a lift.
This studio apartment is approximately 20 minute drive from Malta International Airport. Popular points of interests within walking distance include, Tigne Point, Portomaso Marina and multiple beaches and restaurants along the promenade.
