Property information

Immerse yourself in history by staying in our century-old townhouse which, after surviving the 1902 eruption, has just been completely renovated. Located in the heart of Saint-Pierre, it benefits from a terrace with an exceptional view of Montagne Pelée, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site. The beach and all amenities are within walking distance in just a few steps. You will also be ideally located for exploring the many surrounding attractions. The house is organized on 3 floors and has a private parking space. She is made of : - A terrace with outdoor lounge with a view of Montagne Pelée - An equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hotplates, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook and eat meals - An air-conditioned living room with sofa and armchair - A dining room with a large table for meals - Three air-conditioned bedrooms with 160x200 bed - Three bathrooms - Shower and WC Please note: The mezzanine has a bed with a 140 cm mattress. This space can therefore be used as a fourth bedroom but it should be noted that there is no air conditioning or blackout devices. Use of this space can be done on request and for an additional charge.

Former economic and cultural heart of Martinique before experiencing the eruption of Montagne Pelée in 1902, the history of Saint-Pierre is rich and fascinating to discover through the ruins and the memorial to the disaster. You will discover the authenticity of Martinique by meeting and observing fishermen fishing in the traditional way on the beach which is only a few steps from the house. All amenities are within walking distance (supermarkets, bakeries, markets, shops).
