Unbeatable location at only 2 minutes walk to the Casino square of Monaco. The space is also extremely quiet with direct access to a very peaceful communal courtyard. The apartment was just fully renovated and is fitted with a roll down shutter. The apartment is on the second floor directly accessible by elevator. All of Monaco's hotspots are within 5 minutes walking distance. The building is fully secured with a doorman and access control.
