We offer unique design apartments, in our district you can find free street parking or you can choose paid private parking in yard (costs 7 eur per night). Our property has garden area, and amazing green walking surroundings just 200m away. We are very proud to be located near Maras pond - amazing walking area which connects another 2 parks - a great place if you wish to understand how locals live in Riga. From amazing market hall to local butiques - area has it all. Come and enjoy!

Our apartments are located near so called Artist district - Agenskalns, popular for its green areas, Maras pond, wooden buildings, big local goods market and artistic and local butiques. In 200m distance you will find the most wonderful area for walking - Maras dikis (pond) with swans and ducks and pedestrian paths all around it. The park naturally connects with another park - Arkadijas park and afterwards continues to Uzvaras park. So you will have plenty of green areas to enjoy, let kids play and have romantic walks. In the centre of Agenskalns you will find Agenskalns market with different local goods. Not far away is so called Kalnciema kvartals where every Saturday local good market takes place. Close bye you will find supermarkets, gym and beauty salons. In around 10 min walk you will find Childrens hospital (or 10 min drive), so many parents prefer our property very much.
