Set in a quiet area of Negombo. The beach is a 15 minute walk from the property and there are plenty of restaurants just 10 minutes away. The property has of a large garden both in front of the house and at the back with plenty of shady trees where one could just sit and relax or read with birds chirping around in plenty, especially in the early hours of the morning.
I am a friendly person who enjoys gardening and travel.
Peaceful neighborhood with almost every house having large gardens. A mixed community lives in the area but it's mostly Catholics and Christians in the area. There are few grocery shops just outside our property.
