Located in peaceful upscale residential neighborhood of St. Lucia. Enjoy family vacation; secluded in a romantic get away or virtual work experience, this is the perfect location.
Centrally-located the property is walking distance from golf course; 8 minutes from the grocery store, 10 minutes away from Rodney Bay and 5 minutes from several restaurants and popular beaches.
The outdoor space consists of private pergola for dining, pool/garden.

The neigbourhood is an upscale, quiet residential area. Walking distance from Golf course and within minutes of amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, beaches. It is close to a bus route, but private transportation is highly recommended for your convenience.
