As natives of Douma, we are proud to share not only our home but also our village, recently named one of the Best Tourism Villages by the UNWTO. 住宿信息
My Stone Cellar, Douma is a heritage guesthouse set within the restored vaulted cellars of the historic Ishac Estate (1903). The estate was founded by İbrâhîm Beik Ishac, a respected community leader decorated in 1891–1892 with the Order of the Medjidie by Sultan Abdülhamid II. Preserved by the Ishac family for over five generations, this landmark house with its Mediterranean architecture continues to embody authenticity and history.
Steeped in heritage, the 115-year-old vaulted cellars have been transformed into four elegant guest rooms, each self-contained with a private entrance, en suite bathroom, and sitting area. The Studio King includes a sofa bed and kitchenette, while all rooms feature handcrafted wooden furniture, wrought-iron details, and a tasteful blend of retro and contemporary design.
The property’s layout and traditional thick stone walls ensure that every room remains quiet and naturally cool year-round, offering guests comfort alongside character.
Situated in the heart of Douma, named one of the Best Tourism Villages by the UNWTO. My Stone Cellar combines the intimacy of a family home with the prestige of a heritage landmark. Guests are invited to sleep beneath the arches of a house once honored by the Sultan and experience the unique atmosphere where history and hospitality meet.
