Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and sauna facilities. Apartments are spacious and well-equipped to provide all the comfort of home. They feature wooden flooring, and luxurious décor and furnishings. They have ironing facilities and a washing machine. All rooms are controlled by central cooling and heating system. Orakai Insadong Suites, is only a 10-minute walk from Jogyesa Temple. There are various restaurants and traditional teahouses around the hotel. Incheon International Airport is an hour away.

The swimming pool operates from 09:00 to 20:00 (with a break from 12:00 to 13:00) and is closed on the second Tuesday of each month.
Housekeeping is available on weekdays only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Please note that dishwashing services are not included.
Please note that construction work is taking place nearby from May 2025, and some rooms may be affected by noise.
• All guests are required to present the credit card used for the reservation at check-in, or an alternative card under the same cardholder’s name.
• A valid passport and/or government-issued ID is required to complete the check-in process.
• Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at check-in.
• Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited at this property.
• The hotel conducts FCU valve replacement work twice a year, during which heating or air conditioning may be temporarily suspended.
• The swimming pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Please note the pool is closed on the second Tuesday of every month.
• Housekeeping service is available only on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Dishwashing service is not included.
