Please note that the property offers transfer services by car or van from Sihanoukville International Airport to the main pier and by Catamaran boat from the pier to the property at an additional cost. The journeys take about 30 minutes and 60 minutes respectively. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly using the Special Requests box available.

From May 1 to October 31, 2025:

Sihanoukville Port to The Royal Sands Koh Rong: 1:30 PM (1 departure daily)

The Royal Sands Koh Rong to Sihanoukville Port: 11:00 AM (1 departure daily)

From November 1, 2025 to April 31, 2026:

Sihanoukville Port to The Royal Sands Koh Rong: 11:15 AM & 2:00 PM (2 departures daily)

The Royal Sands Koh Rong to Sihanoukville Port: 8:00 AM & 12:30 PM (2 departures daily)

Guests are offered with access to a lounge at the Sihanoukville pier.
