Central Youth Hostel se nachází v 18. patře Central Plaza, hned vedle stanice metra Iidabashi. Za 15 minut dojedete vlakem na nádraží JR Shinjuku, Shibuya a Tokyo. Ulice Kagurazaka s řadou restaurací je vzdálená 5 minut chůze. K císařskému paláci dojdete za 15 minut. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. Na místě je k dispozici prádelna na mince a nápojové automaty. Od 23:00 do 6:00 není povolen vstup ani opuštění hostelu. Společné i soukromé pokoje mají palandy a posezení. Postele ve společném pokoji mají závěs a lampičku na čtení. Toalety a koupelny jsou sdílené a ručníky a toaletní potřeby jsou k dispozici za příplatek. Central Tokyo Youth Hostel nabízí za příplatek snídani v jídelně.
