(We provide earplugs for our guests.) - There are stairs at the entrance, between the 1st and 2nd floors, and between the 2nd floor and the rooftop. 【Requests】 The surrounding area is a very quiet vacation home district. Loud noises, as well as playing the TV or music at high volumes at night, are strictly prohibited. 【Restricted Areas】 ① Climbing the stone wall on the premises is prohibited, as the area beyond it has steep cliffs and is extremely dangerous. ② The space between the rooftop wooden deck and the fence is off-limits due to the presence of skylights and a water heater, making it very hazardous.

I'm Taka, your host! ☺ I’m a company employee and live with my wife and child. Having studied abroad, I can communicate in Japanese, English, and Chinese. I love traveling and have visited over 30 countries, so I’m happy to support you in making your trip a wonderful experience! In 2023, I opened a vacation rental called "Futo no Jōkei" in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture. I had been visiting Ito for about 15 years for fishing, and over time, I developed a strong desire to live in such a beautiful coastal area with a mild climate. Eventually, I renovated an old seaside house into a vacation home. In 2024, I also opened "Fuji no Jōkei" in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture. My family and I used to visit this area for vacations every year, and I fell in love with its cool highland climate and charming retro townscape. That inspired me to renovate an old Japanese house into a vacation home. Then, in 2025, I opened this "Izu no Jōkei" in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Since I don’t get to use these vacation homes much myself, I’d love for guests to enjoy them instead! : ) I’ve designed them to be my ideal retreats, so I’m sure you’ll have a fantastic stay! ☺
