In April 2017 I decided to pursue my dream to operate a vacation rental apartment. After five months of looking at apartments, I thought I'd never find a beautiful space, an oasis in busy Kingston 6. The first day I stepped in apartment #8 at The Bellagio, my heart skipped a beat! This was it! This cozy basement apartment with its high ceilings, recess lighting, beautiful porcelain tiles and private location on the complex, drew me in. My weary travelers looking for quiet rest, will love this, I thought. No one walks past my door, yet with just a few steps, I can access the pool and enjoy my neighbours' company. I have added all the creature comforts that I hope my guests will enjoy, and I am always willing to provide the additional touches, let's talk! The Bellagio Getaway was furnished by one of Jamaica's finest, young decor artists, who brought to life my vision for a clean, tropical, minimalist look, that is 'homey' and warm. I look forward to sharing this simple, yet elegant space with you!

I am retired from the 9 to 5...loved all my careers in media, food & beverage, trade investment and teaching. The Bellagio Getaway is situated just below Liguanea (pronounced 'Lig-a-knee), Kingston's best developed urban centre. With a 3 minute walk, you have access to some of Kingston's finest restaurants, clubs and bars, shopping centres, supermarkets, cinema, churches, banks, gyms, medical facilities and so much more! Whether you want to visit a Jamexican, Chinese or Mediterranean restaurant, the Bob Marley Museum, or visit Devon House, the masterpiece of Caribbean Victorian architecture and home to the island's most celebrated ice-cream, your feet can take you there! Or take one of the many route taxis that ply Hope Road,which links all these places. The neighborhood on Richings Avenue is quiet, the home of middle class professionals, retirees and university students.
