Come and be enchanted at one of my studio apartments or at the wooden cottage. Though small and quaint, they are authentic and have tons of charm! Situated on an acre of land full of fruit trees, feel free to pick what is in season! Rentals have their own entrances, full mini kitchen, fan, double bed, (Queens size in the cottage) internet, a clean bathroom, and access to the most amazing backyard with a new Yoga Platform and workshop tables to make souvenirs. At night, you will hear crickets, and will be living the real MoBay life! Please note the cottage also have AC and a full bathtub.

My name is Marie and I live with my three children in Montego Bay, in a beautiful area, in a very secure house, which backs on a huge yard with many mango trees, avocados, breadfruits, lichee, bananas, limes.... and more! I have completed my Tourist Board tour guide certificate and I can enlighten you on historical facts, culture, food, beautiful touristic sites and local spots, etc... We have just set up a small attraction in the back yard called A Mi Mek It (translates to I made this myself in Jamaican patois) We have workshop tables in the backyard where you can now book a time at a few to make your own Jamaican souvenirs! Our yard is natural and our hammocks are ready for you! We have a friendly dog, cats, many wild birds and butterflies and and amazing vibe! We recently added a yoga perform and have regular classes you can join at at small fee. We also have a massage studio and are connected with many different massage therapist. Let us help you relax to the max!

Leaders Avenue is considered a prestigious street in a residential area up on the hill above the « hip strip » of MoBay. The property is gated and safe. Though it is a great neighborhood with lots of action, where you may hear music playing in the distance. It’s a real Jamaican experience! Somom Lodgings is a 5 minute drive from the airport (depending on traffic) and it only takes about 5 minutes to drive to the beaches and the « Hip Strip » . Along this one street you’ll have small gift shops, typical nightlife, marihuana dispensary, Margaritaville, Doctor’s Cave Beach club (entry fee), Starbucks, bank machine, etc. The same distance in the opposite direction you will reach the downtown area with local restaurants, cook shops, Ital and vegan places as well as fast-food restaurants such as Pizza Hut, KFC and BK. Friday and Saturday are Market days for fresh fruits, vegetables, dry goods, meat and fish.
