Welcome to SkyView Nolo Studio Our apartment has been designed to offer you both comfort and style in a carefully curated space, so that you can truly feel at home. Keys can be collected at our Hostmate office, located at Via Mauro Macchi 41, just a short walk from Central Station. This service is available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After picking up the keys, you are welcome to go to the apartment to drop off your luggage. Please note that access to the apartment is guaranteed from 3:00 PM, once it has been fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability before this time. If you prefer, you may book — no later than 6:00 PM on the previous day — key delivery directly at the apartment from 3:00 PM onwards. This is an additional service subject to an extra fee, calculated according to your check-in time. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM carries a surcharge of EUR 15 (VAT included). Check-in from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM carries a surcharge of EUR 20 (VAT included). Check-in from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM carries a surcharge of EUR 40 (VAT included). Please be aware that the loss or damage of the keys will result in an additional charge. The apartment is prepared with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Should you have any specific requests or wish to arrange extra services, please let us know in advance: we will be delighted to accommodate you and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The apartment is located in a strategic area and in one of the most lively, heterogeneous and multi-ethnic districts of the city. NoLo, the Milanese SoHo, has recently become a popular area, full of artistic and cultural inspiration – a cradle for street artists and enthusiasts. Proximity to Central Station is crucial as it connects Milan to everything. Among the places to absolutely try: - GhePensiMI, to taste craft beers in an informal and alternative atmosphere; - NoLoSo, for a colorful aperitif or brunch; - Parco Trotter, for a stroll surrounded by greenery; - Cinema Beltrade, for lovers of independent and arthouse cinema.
