Hello, our house is located in the city center of Quartu Sant'Elena, just 6 km from Cagliari and only 2 km from the beach and the sea. It is located in a strategic position to reach wonderful beaches such as Villasimius, Costa Rei, Chia, Tuarredda etc. Just under the house pass several buses that allow you to reach the sea or Cagliari. The area is served by bars, markets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, shops, boutiques, shopping centers and much more. At 500 meters there is the naturalistic oasis of Molentargius and the salt pans where you can admire the famous flamingos. For PARKING contact us.

Sarebbe meglio avere un’auto a disposizione per chi vuole raggiungere le meravigliose spiagge che distano circa 30/45 min dalla casa. Esempi: torre delle stelle, villasimius, costa rei , tuarredda , chia ecc.
