Molina is a town a few km from the lake, for those seeking tranquility without giving up an elegant and welcoming place it offers the possibility of staying in this apartment with an atmosphere of other times. There is no shortage of comforts required today but you will certainly find a whole "world" of the past, of families who lived here and who left timeless memories and objects. The property also has a garage not far away, Molina is certainly a place you will not forget. The house is on three floors, wooden stairs connect one floor to the other but each room has its own privacy. It's perfect for families, groups of friends and also for couples. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The room on the top floor is shared with the bunk bed room (the bunk beds are for children). Once you arrive at the square, follow the instructions that the staff will give you after completing the check in. Please contact us and we will provide you with photos and access codes. The house is located in a strategic point from where you can reach Como or Bellaggio also by taking public transport. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Molina is a small village a few km from the lake and Como, it is on the side with the most spectacular view of this lake. The village offers its uniqueness, many people live here all year round, you will surely find a true and usual way of life in these areas.
