About the breakfast, we like to underline that all italian B&B are obliged to follow the Italian legislation, where we cannot offer any homemade fresh food. We have to deal with this "singular" legislation that we disagree, so what we prefer to offer you is a 24-hour service which we don't consider it as breakfast but just a gift that we give you included in the price of your room, indeed you will have food and beverages all day long, which includes espresso coffee, milk, tea, fruit juices, croissants, sweets, jams and so on (all strictly sealed). We also offer an option for those guests who like salty foods as ham, cheese etc... and this service comes at a supplementary cost of 10 euro. However in the lounge and in all rooms, there is a fridge. (Late check-in comes with an extra cost of 10 euro as room with twin beds). All those guests who land at Fiumicino Airport will reach the Piccolotel easily getting off at Trastevere station which is a short walk from our facility. Even easier for those arriving at Termini Station, they just need to take bus 170 which stops right in front of the Piccolotel or, alternatively, it is possible to choose the local train to Trastevere. The Vatican can be reached in just 5 minutes, getting off at second stop "San Pietro", while to get in the city centre you just take one of 3 available buses available in Viale Marconi which in roughly 10 minutes arrive to Piazza Venezia. Many guests also like to use tram n. 8 or n. 3 from Trastevere Station. Viale Guglielmo Marconi is a commercial area full of interesting shops, among other things, less than 20 meters from Piccolotel there is a bar and a supermarket (useful if you intend to implement your breakfast in the lounge of Piccolotel). It is also an excellent location for those guests who like to enjoy nightlife, restaurants and aperitive bars because, Trastevere and Testaccio, the two most active districts are just next to us.
