The apartment is located in San Fedele Intelvi, the main center of the Val d'Intelvi in ​​the province of Como and consists of a large living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The flat has a total area of 155 square metres, including 50 square metres of terrace. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, crockery and appliances: oven, fridge, kettle.
