Hotel Palace is set in the centre of Battipaglia, 400 metres from the train station and a 5-minute drive from the A3 motorway exit. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout, and rooms with a balcony or terrace. Air-conditioned rooms at the Palace come with a satellite TV, a minibar, and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Some rooms feature elegant minimalist-style furnishings. Breakfast at the Palace Hotel is buffet style, and the restaurant serves specialities from the Campania region, including the famous fresh buffalo mozzarella. The hotel is 20 km from the archaeological site of Paestum. Salerno and the Amalfi Coast are reachable by car in around 20 minutes.
