The apartment equipped with WiFi has been recently tastefully renovated and furnished with modern furniture; it is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs or lift, it can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests with a double bed and comfortable sofa bed, walk-in wardrobe, a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave, washing machine, living area with a flat-screen TV flat screen, large bathroom with toilet/bidet, comfortable shower cabin and a large 80 m2 terrace. Perfect for families and couples who want to enjoy their holiday in total tranquility and with all comforts.

What about me. I worked for years in the tourism sector and this was my secret dream and thanks to the most important person in my life the dream finally comes true. Making my guests feel at ease will be my primary objective because for me feeling at ease is important as they say "mi casa es tu casa" so I'll wait for you and welcome you personally to share this new adventure of mine with you

In the same building as the property there is a supermarket and in the immediate vicinity there are all services and commercial activities. We are located in the center of Nettuno on the seafront and is located in front of the characteristic medieval village, the tourist port and a short distance away is the Forte Sangallo built between 1501 and 1503. A few minutes walk from our apartment you can visit the basilica of Our Lady of Graces and of Santa Maria Goretti, the church which houses the body of the girl, a martyr of purity who has become a place of pilgrimage and prayer. It is also possible to visit nearby the famous American Cemetery for the fallen of Sicily in Rome which was born as a temporary war cemetery two days after the Allied landing in Anzio and Nettuno If you feel like it, you can rent a bike, we have a cycle path that connects Nettuno to Anzio. What to say about where to dine, wide choice of places from typical restaurants to restaurants where you can eat excellent fish cooked in an excellent manner. You can visit Rome, the station is a 2-minute walk away and in 60 minutes you are immersed in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. And then I could write for hours but I don't want to take away the pleasure of discovering for yourself how beautiful this city and its surroundings are.
