It is a whole house divided into three independent mini apartments of about 35 square meters each. All apartments are composed as follows: a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a 24 sqm veranda with garden. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4/5 guests. The apartments are equipped with: air conditioning, washing machine, 32-inch TV, fully equipped kitchen, garden furniture and linen. Hello everyone, my name is Giusi, and together with my husband Alessio we finally managed to realize our great dream of living and working in our beloved Sicily, so we decided to renovate and rent our second house by the sea which is located 50 meters from the beach. My husband and I have always worked in the tourism sector, and thanks to our experiences, the energy and the sunshine that our Earth transmits to us, we are always able to welcome our Guests in the best possible way. We are always at your disposal for anything.

We are located in the bathing area in the southern area of ​​Marsala, in the periods of July, August and September the area is frequented by tourists and by Marsala people who move to second homes during the summer. We are 50 meters from the sea where there are equipped beaches and free beach, the ideal solution for the whole family because it is also possible to practice some sports such as fishing and kitesurfing / windsurfing in the open sea. At 100 meters from us it is also possible on foot to reach a bar and a restaurant / pizzeria excellent for those who love to eat fish and local products.
