We bought this Villa in 2024 and we fully renovated it between 2024 and 2025. It goes back to early 1900 and it's in front of Lake Montorfano, a small natural lake that is just 8km away from Lake Como and Como city center. You will stay in a private apartment with a large terrace facing the lake that has been completely renovated in 2024.

I am a tech entrepreneur, I grew up in Lake Como but spent quite a lot of time in the United States and I am now in Switzerland. I love hosting guests and I love taking care of customers, so when we bought this place we immediately thought of finally welcoming people from all over the world. In the last years Lake Como became very popular and I love meeting people visting my city from many nations.

Lake Montorfano takes his name from Montorfano, the small town our apartment is in. This town is just about 7-8km from Como and Lake Como but it's super nice, with a classic italian square, a church and several attractions close by including the biggest and most famous Italian Golf Club, Villa D'Este, which is just 150 meters from our apartment. The town has also a few restaurants, an amazing bar called Creme which is 1 minute walking distance from our apartment, a pharmacy and several stores around. You can easily get to Lake Como in about 15 min by car of less than 30 minutes by bus.
