- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in). Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests. Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings. The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations. - ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: This property provides check-in between 3PM and 8PM. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time to arrange key delivery. Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request for an extra charge, payable on arrival. - CHECK-OUT: Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM. - NON-SMOKING FACILITY: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged. - WELCOME KIT: We offer our guests a welcome kit with shower gel and shampoo. WARNING It is strictly forbidden to hold parties and events in the suites.

HOW TO GET AROUND From Kiss-Suite you can take the metro line MM2 to reach all the railway stations (Cadorna, Garibaldi, Centrale, Porta Genova, Lambrate) or take buses (43, 94, 57) to the other areas of Milan or move easily on foot to Piazza Duomo, Gae Aulenti, Sempione Park, ADI Museum, Chinatown, Brera, the fashion district, the Triennale Museum and the Torre Branca. A few minutes walk from the Fatebenefratelli hospital, the Isola district and with a few metro stops, you are on the Navigli at Porta Genova.
