At the gates of the Cinque Terre National Park, recognized as a cultural heritage by UNESCO, the town of Levanto has the ”blue flag” reward for its water quality. The apartment, 62 sqm with 5 beds, enjoys a wonderful view on the gulf from its balcony and from the bedroom window. Located at an altitude of approximately 90 m asl the apartment is high enough to embrace the whole gulf with a glance and low enough to let you reach the seaside on foot in 15 minutes (2 minutes by car).

I was the Sole Administrator in a small Tour Operator specializing in personalized travel, now my family has asked me to take care of some of their properties.

The apartment, with independent entrance, is on the top floor of a 2-floor mini condominium, with 8 apartments inside a natural park. The whole estate consists only in residential houses inside a private property and the access to the condominium is via a dead-end street By car, bike or on foot you can easily reach the promenade, which is 700 meters away and with a difference in elevation of 90 meters. - By car: from the private parking you can reach the public road along the sea, with many paying parking lots. - By bike: through the private road that connects with the pedestrian area and the cycle path that links the seafront with the towns of Levanto, Bonassola and Framura. - On foot: in particular those who move along the comfortable private road can use a series of stairs shortcuts down to the seaside promenade or to the entrance of the pedestrian galleries for Bonassola and Framura towns.
